Early platform data shows broad participation and repeat activity across offer discovery, content and merchant preferences
Orlando, Fla. – September 8, 2026 – Shopr Rewards, LLC (“Shopr” or the “Company”), a fintech-powered engagement and loyalty platform, said early usage data from its platform shows members engaging repeatedly with digital benefits beyond individual purchases—giving organizations more opportunities to remain relevant between traditional transactions, renewals and direct brand interactions.
More than 82% of accounts analyzed recorded at least one member-initiated or account-setup action within the Shopr experience. That broad participation was accompanied by meaningful repeat activity. Engaged members averaged 9.8 recorded actions, with nearly half completing at least five actions and more than one in five completing at least 10.
Repeat engagement is already a clear feature of member behavior. Approximately 36.8% of engaged members were active on multiple distinct days, while 23.2% recorded activity across multiple calendar months—providing measurable evidence that members are returning to the Shopr experience and engaging over time.
Traditional loyalty programs have historically centered on moments when customers interact directly with a brand. Increasingly, organizations are looking for ways to remain relevant during the periods between those interactions without requiring another purchase from the sponsoring company itself.
Shopr supports that objective through a B2B2C platform that enables organizations to offer customers, members and employees instant cash back across more than 325 participating retail, restaurant, travel, entertainment and recreation brands. Rather than limiting rewards to a single brand ecosystem, Shopr allows sponsoring organizations to provide financial value across a broader range of everyday consumer spending.
“Customer relationships are no longer defined only by what happens when someone makes a purchase or renews a membership,” said Sharon Mattimoe, COO of Shopr. “Organizations have an opportunity to remain useful throughout the relationship by connecting their brand to financial value customers can receive from spending that is already part of their everyday lives.”
That distinction can be particularly important for businesses and organizations with naturally periodic customer cycles. A member may renew once a year, a traveler may book only several times annually, or a customer may make a major purchase infrequently. By connecting rewards to activity across a broader merchant network, organizations can create additional benefit interactions between those events without changing their core product, service or transaction cycle.
Shopr’s data indicates that members are engaging with the experience in several ways. Approximately 37.7% of accounts viewed at least one merchant or product offer. Among those who browsed offers, members explored an average of 4.6 merchant or product options, with nearly 75% viewing more than one.
Engagement also extends beyond offer discovery. More than half of accounts read at least one featured post or announcement within the Shopr experience, and nearly 60% of those content readers viewed more than one piece of content.
Merchant favorites provide another indicator of member interest. Approximately 18.3% of accounts added at least one merchant to their favorites. Members who used the feature selected an average of 16.8 preferred merchants, while fewer than 5% of recorded favorite selections were subsequently removed.
For enterprise partners, the significance extends beyond transaction volume. Interactions such as browsing offers, reading benefits content, selecting preferred merchants and returning to the experience over time can create additional opportunities for a sponsoring organization to remain connected to its customers—even when those customers are not purchasing directly from the organization.
Those opportunities also extend across a broad commerce network. Member transaction activity has reached 167 different merchant brands across all 50 states, demonstrating how an organization can connect its benefits strategy to a wide variety of spending occasions outside its own direct customer environment.
“Frequency matters because loyalty is built over the life of the relationship, not solely at the point of sale,” Mattimoe said. “When an organization can provide useful value outside its normal transaction cycle, it gains another way to strengthen the customer relationship without requiring an additional purchase from that organization.”
Shopr is designed to complement, rather than replace, established loyalty, membership and customer-engagement programs. Organizations can add the platform as an additional financial-benefit layer while preserving their existing rewards structures and customer experiences.
The approach may be particularly relevant to membership organizations, associations, travel and hospitality companies, financial institutions, employers, affinity groups and other enterprises whose customer relationships extend well beyond individual transactions.
As organizations seek to build more durable relationships, Shopr expects loyalty strategies to increasingly move beyond transaction-specific incentives toward benefits that deliver recognizable value and create meaningful engagement throughout the year.
