Shopr points to repeat usage and measurable savings as organizations seek benefits that deliver practical value beyond traditional perks

Orlando, Fla. – September 1, 2026  – Shopr Rewards, LLC (“Shopr” or the “Company”), a fintech-powered engagement and loyalty platform, said early usage patterns across its platform show consumers repeatedly engaging with cash back tied to purchases they already make, giving organizations another way to support financial well-being while creating more frequent points of connection with employees and members.

As employers, associations and membership organizations face increasing pressure to offer benefits people will use, everyday financial benefits are emerging as a practical way to create ongoing value beyond traditional perks and points-based loyalty programs.

Just six months post-launch, Shopr’s daily activations continue to climb, driving impressive repeat purchase metrics. Over half of all purchasing members have bought at least twice, with 35.8% transacting three or more times, and 22.1% five or more times. Customer loyalty and variety are also strong: nearly 47% made multiple purchases within the same calendar month, and 44.8% have shopped with more than one participating merchant

This momentum is powered by Shopr Rewards, which offers cash back ranging from 1% to 5% across over 325 merchants, currently averaging a 2.1% return on qualifying purchase volume so far. This represents a direct delivery of financial value on routine member spending. Crucially, these rewards stack directly on top of any existing credit card cash back, credit card points, or store loyalty points earned during the same transaction.

For employers and membership organizations, those usage patterns are significant because the effectiveness of a benefit increasingly depends not only on whether it is offered, but whether people use it consistently and receive value they can clearly recognize.

“Organizations are increasingly focused on providing benefits that fit naturally into people’s daily lives,” said Sharon Mattimoe, COO of Shopr. “When employees or members can receive financial value from purchases they were already planning to make, the benefit becomes tangible and easy to understand. That creates an opportunity to provide value more frequently without requiring people to significantly change their normal behavior.”

Shopr operates through a B2B2C model that allows organizations to provide instant cash back and other financial benefits to customers, members and employees through a network of more than 325 participating retail, restaurant, travel, entertainment and recreation brands. The platform is designed to complement existing benefit, loyalty and engagement programs rather than require organizations to replace established systems.

That model reflects a broader change in how organizations are evaluating benefits and engagement. Traditional programs are often concentrated around enrollment periods, renewals, redemptions or major purchases. Financial benefits connected to recurring consumer activity can create more frequent opportunities for an organization to demonstrate value throughout the relationship.

Adoption data also indicates that purchasing members are beginning to engage with the benefit relatively quickly. Approximately 87.3% completed their first Shopr transaction within 30 days of account creation, 96.1% within 60 days and 98.3% within 90 days. Nearly 68% transacted within their first seven days.

The purchases themselves are also concentrated heavily around everyday spending. Approximately 96% of transactions occurred across restaurants, retail, grocery and other routine-purchase categories. Restaurants, coffee and food delivery represented 45% of transactions, retail and everyday shopping represented 26.5%, grocery accounted for 12.5%, and other routine purchases such as pharmacy, pet, transportation and automotive spending represented another 12%.

Shopr’s existing transaction data also suggests that usage is not limited to initial trial. Among repeat purchasers, the median time between the first and second transaction was just three days. Among purchasing members with at least 90 days of follow-up, 50.4% made a second purchase within 90 days. Most recent completed-month activity also showed continued momentum, with transactions increasing 23.7% and qualifying purchase volume increasing 47.4% from June to July.

For organizations seeking to strengthen employee or member relationships, repeat utilization can be particularly important because it gives the sponsoring organization additional opportunities to reinforce the value of its broader benefits offering.

“These programs are most meaningful when people use them as part of their normal routines rather than viewing them as an occasional perk,” Mattimoe said. “The opportunity is to make the benefit useful on a recurring basis while giving the organization a more consistent way to deliver value.”

Beyond transactions, Shopr has also created additional opportunities for ongoing member engagement. Across two member programs analyzed, Shopr generated 198,981 logged outbound engagement touchpoints through notifications and in-app content distribution. More than 85% of accounts received at least one engagement notification, while more than 81% were served benefits, educational or promotional content within the Shopr Rewards experience.

The potential use cases extend across employee benefits, association membership, affinity programs, customer loyalty and other environments where organizations are looking for ways to provide more visible financial value.

Rather than relying exclusively on points accumulation, delayed rewards or limited-use discounts, Shopr enables participating organizations to connect benefits to spending across a broader commerce network.

The Company expects everyday financial benefits to become a larger part of employee and member engagement strategies as organizations place greater emphasis on benefit utilization, measurable value and ongoing relevance.
