• Rewards and promotions may be subject to expiration dates and usage restrictions. It is your responsibility to use rewards within the applicable timeframes.
5. Communications and Notifications
• By registering for an account, you agree to receive communications from Shopr Rewards and our partners through multiple channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages.
• You may opt out of receiving promotional communications at any time by updating your account settings or using the unsubscribe link in emails. However, we may continue to send non-promotional communications (e.g., account notifications, order confirmations) as needed.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to engage in any activities that could harm the Shopr Rewards platform, such as:
• Using the platform for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws and regulations.
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or disrupt the platform.
• Impersonating other users or providing false information.
• Engaging in activities that violate the intellectual property rights of Shopr Rewards or third parties.
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action for violations of these Terms, including suspending or terminating your account.
